Common Questions

It’s simple. Contact us about your requirements, and we immediately provide you with a quote. We decide on a day to undertake the flight and a contingency flight day in case of bad weather. We deliver the content as soon as possible once the flight has been completed.

The delivery time depends on the project size and specifications. It is possible to deliver up to 40 photographs and several video clips on the same day as the flight. In addition, it is also possible to deliver condition reports and an edited video as quickly as the following day.

UAV’s (Drones) we use are operated by commercially licensed pilots and cinematographers. The UAV (Drone) operator is always accompanied by a trained UAV (Drone) observer during the aerial surveying.

Award-winning filmmakers produce all of the video content.

An award-winning ACS designer produces the inspection reports and our accredited and experienced construction industry professionals analyse the reports.

Based in the centre of the UK in South Yorkshire, we operate nationwide, as well as internationally. Our UAV (Drone) surveying operations have taken us to construction sites and housing estates of all sizes, amongst various other locations and projects.

It is not possible to fly in light or heavy rain or snow, however we can fly safely in wind up to 24mph.

The UAV’s (Drones) we operate can fly up to 45mph.

It is possible to fly our UAV (Drones) inside, however this does depend on the size of the interior location.

Due to the legal requirements set out by the CAA, we can fly at a maximum height of 400 feet and within a 1km radius from the operator, though we must maintain the UAV (Drone) in sight at all times.
The battery in the UAV (Drone) can last up to 31 minutes, however we have multiple batteries to ensure multiple flights can be undertaken on the same job, as the total time can vary depending on the UAV (Drone) surveying area. One of the factors for battery consumption is temperature. The flight time can be considerably less in very cold or very hot conditions.
In addition to our pilots having permission to operate commercially, all of our UAV (Drone) services include insurance for peace of mind. Our insurance covers flights in most locations including UAV (Drone) surveying in cities, construction sites, housing estates, engineering sites and more.

We believe our UAV (Drone) surveying in construction procedures and safety measures are amongst the best in the UK. Qualified and First Aid trained UAV (Drone) operators and observers undertake each flight. As well, the UAV (Drone) has a built-in obstacle avoidance feature.

Photographs taken with our equipment can be as high as 20MP which allow excellent high-resolution quality to see all the fine details. Video quality can be as high as 4K with cinema-style colour depth with the ability to film in slow-motion if required.

Our UAV (Drone) operators observe the camera at all times through a live stream.
